The usual questions.
If you were wondering it, someone else already has. Probably while avoiding sending the enquiry.
What does WakCo Digital actually do?
Websites, branding, digital media, visuals, laser cutting, engraving, weird creative builds, and making rough ideas look like they knew what they were doing all along.
Can you build me a website?
It depends what you want…. I mean, look around — this is a website… so… probably yes?!
I only have a rough idea. Is that enough?
Perfect. Most good projects start as chaos, half a sentence, or “bro I need something cool.”
How much does it cost?
Depends what you need. A logo is not a full website. A business card is not a spaceship. Send the details and we’ll quote properly.
How long does it take?
Fast if you reply. Slower if you disappear for two weeks then return with “just checking in.”
Do you do custom weird stuff?
Honestly… that’s where WakCo lives. If it doesn’t fit neatly in a box, chances are we’ll enjoy it more.
Serious questions. Serious answers.
Do you take deposits?
For most jobs, yes. It protects both sides and stops ghost projects from wasting everyone’s energy.
Do I own the final work?
Once paid and completed under agreed terms, Yes, It is your baby now. Unless licensed assets or third-party items are involved — then we explain it clearly.
Can you maintain my website after launch?
Yes. Updates, fixes, edits, backups, changes, support. Websites are not “set and forget” like a toaster.
Can you help if someone else made a mess?
Yes. Happens more than you’d think. Bring the login details and emotional damage.
Things that save everyone time.
Be clear.
“I need something” is a start. “I need a booking website by Friday” is better.
Reply when asked.
If we need content, images or approval, silence does not speed the project up.
Budget matters.
Tell us early. Saves proposing Ferrari ideas for scooter money.
Trust the process.
Halfway through many jobs looks messy. So does a haircut mid-cut.
Still got questions?
Good. Ask them. Better than guessing wildly in silence.
